Full Management Fee

Typically 8–10% of monthly rent collected. This covers rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, and monthly financial reporting.

One-time fee equal to one month's rent when we place a new tenant. Includes professional listing, showings, tenant screening, and lease preparation.

We manage all repairs using our trusted local contractor network. You approve any repair over an amount you advise on before work begins.
