Trent is the licensed real estate agent behind Rustic Roots and the reason the company exists in the first place. With deep roots in East Texas real estate, Trent understands the local market better than anyone — what properties are worth, what tenants are looking for, and how to position a rental to attract quality renters fast. He built Rustic Roots on a simple idea: property owners in East Texas deserve a management company that treats their investment the same way a good neighbor would. When you call Rustic Roots, you're calling someone who actually knows your market, knows your neighborhood, and knows what it takes to protect your investment long term.
Walter Blackburn
Walter is the boots on the ground at Rustic Roots. He oversees the day-to-day management of every property in the portfolio — coordinating maintenance, handling tenant issues, conducting inspections, and making sure every property under the Rustic Roots name is being taken care of the right way. If something needs to get done at one of your properties, Walter is the one making it happen. He knows the contractors, knows the tenants, and knows how to handle problems before they become expensive ones. Property owners sleep better at night knowing Walter is on it.
